The whole team at Quay Fisheries have a wealth of expertise, experience and enthusiasm for everything that is … local fresh fish!

The two CIC company directors are local boat owners and skippers and are proud of the history and heritage of the Eastbourne fishing fleet and are determined to bring a unique community service to local harbour residents, townspeople and visitors alike.

The new manager and staff behind the fish sales counter are experienced in all aspects of buying, preparing and cooking local fish and shellfish. Please feel free to ask them about the range of fish available and the best way to prepare and cook the fish and ask for your favourite species to be cleaned, filleted and prepared freshly for you.

The new smokery will offer our own local smoked fish as well as our premium smoked salmon farmed by Wester Ross in the Scottish Highlands, offering quality fish with a totally unique taste. Please feel free to ask our knowledgeable staff for details of the smoking process and how to get the very best from this exciting new product.

All the Quay Fisheries staff are trained in all aspects of fish handling and preparation and will be pleased to serve you and pass on their passion for such an amazing local resource.
